Why is there a red light on my EPS001?
The red light indicates your battery power is low and you need to replace your battery. In most circumstances, if the red light is illuminated then the power to the microphone is cut off to conserve power.
Can I use Steel Strings on the OC660M Nylon Carbon Guitar?
No. The carbon OC660M collapsible nylon string guitar doesn’t have a truss rod built in the neck, and we haven’t tested steel strings, so we don’t recommend it. However, this guitar does handle hard tension and extra hard tension nylon strings with no problem.
